About SovTalk
The place you talk with your friends should belong to you, not to an advertising company overseas.
Our mission
SovTalk is a social app for people you already know. Encryption happens on your device, and so does the AI. Your data stays in Canada. We collect as little as we can, and we don't track you.
How we make money

Why Canada and Québec
Many people in Canada and Europe want tools that aren't owned or hosted in the United States. SovTalk is built in Canada and hosted in Québec on OVHcloud, a European-owned provider.
Québec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA protect personal information, and the EU recognises that protection, so one Québec deployment serves people on both sides of the Atlantic.
